Is MySunSentinel.com selling subscription for a digital version or home delivery?

All subscriptions on our site are for home delivery only, but its possible you will get digital included with some subscriptions.

If I am a current subscriber, am I eligible for your discounted subscriptions rates?

The rates quoted by MySunSentinel.com are available for new subscribers only or those who have not had delivery in the last 30 days.

What if my subscription has already ended?

Sun Sentinel policies only permit new subscription prices for those customers who have not been a current subscriber for the last 30 days. If you received home delivery in the past and have decided to start to receive home delivery again, we welcome you.

What is EZ-Pay?

EZPay makes future payments easy and assures uninterrupted service by authorizing the Sun Sentinel to bill the designated credit card directly at time of agreed billing cycle - continuous.

How do I order a renewal?

MyOrlandoSentinel.com does not handle renewals. The Orlando Sentinel customer service representatives can renew your subscription over the phone at 1-800-359-5353.

How many subscriptions can I receive?

Currently we are only allowed to sell 1 subscription per address.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. Any personal information we receive from you is used only to provide the highest quality home delivery service available. All sensitive information such as credit cards or login information is encrypted for secure transmission. See our privacy statement for more details about the use of all information that you provide.

Can Sun Sentinel subscriptions be paid by credit card?

Yes. You can charge your subscription on most major credit cards. Simply enter your credit card information on our secure site. Your credit card will be only charged for the amount of the subscription you choose. Your statement will reflect a payment to “Sun Sentinel”. Nothing could be more convenient.

What should I expect from Sun Sentinel Customer Service Representatives?

You expect responsive customer care that allows you to review and update your delivery and billing information, pause delivery of your newspaper when you’re away, discover special promotions and notify Sun Sentinel of any questions or comments you have by calling 1-888-510-6222 .

By what time should I expect the paper to be delivered?

In most areas, the paper will be delivered by 6:30 AM on weekdays, 6:30 AM on Saturdays, and 8:00 AM on Sunday.

When will my home delivery start?

The lead time to start delivery on a new order varies by area. In most areas, new orders begin within 3 to 5 business days after the order request is received. For some specials it could be a little longer due to the amount of orders.

When will I receive my gift card?

If your subscription came with a gift card offer then your gift card will be shipped out to you as soon as possible. You should receive your gift card in about 4 to 6 weeks if applicable. Currently we have no gift card offers!

How are you associated with the Sun Sentinel?

We are a local promotions and marketing company contracted directly by the Sun Sentinel to help build circulation and home delivery by internet marketing, retail, couponing and local events. We are not able to handle current delivery issues or accounts as we are just a subscription service that takes the order.
